Euroepan Healthy Soils Conference
On 13-15 September the European Healthy Soils Conference Series will be held at the School of Life Sciences at the FHNW Campus Muttenz. The 3-day conference will be an occasion to bring together soil scientists, stakeholders from industry, agriculture and the public sector.
The event is under the umbrella of the European Federation of Biotechnology, in particular the divisions of Plant, Agriculture & Food and Environmental Biotechnology. The conference will deal with the relevance of healthy soils and soil fertility as prerequisite for a functioning society, environment and climate.
Among the participants also Catia Bastioli who will be part of the “Today’s challenges to soil health” panel to discuss about the soil regeneration and circular bioeconomy on September 14. Moreover, the European Healthy Soils conference invites participants to submit abstracts (the deadline is set for March 15th).
