                                                     CHEMICAL INTERMEDIATES BUSINESS MANAGER

We are looking for a professional with at least 10/15 years of experience in similar or medium/ large sized companies in the field of chemical intermediates.

The resource will have to manage the volumes on the Italian/Foreign THF market and ensure the achievement of sales targets and coordinate its activity as well with the production.

Main responsibilities:

- Analyse the market development potential for new innovative applications with high added value and support the Management in defining sales strategies for new "Bio Chemicals" as Market Analyst and Developer.

- Promote the commercial policy of the Novamont Group, strengthening the presence of the company on the THF market and implementing a plan for its analysis and mapping

- Strengthen and consolidate the THF distribution channels ensuring, through market analysis and based on customer needs, the identification of opportunities for improvement and development of new products

- Consolidate and manage the commercial network

- Submit annual forecasts and sales budgets to the Management ensuring their implementation.

- Study the economic environment of related markets and define the positioning for the different products by analysing the most suitable sales channels

- Interact with R&D in optimizing materials and potential properties

Required skills and attitudes

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or chemical engineering or similar education
• Experience in managing distributors in the chemical intermediates sector
• Excellent knowledge of the English language and possibly a second European language
• Available for traveling in Europe and outside Europe
